Living Torah
In the year 2001, the Bishop family, Bill, Angie, Ben and Sarah, spent 10 months in Costa Rica, studying Spanish at the Spanish Language Institute in San Jose, as part of our training with an evangelical mission’s organization. Our target assignment was to be in the Amazon jungle of Peru. Living Torah gave us many opportunities to share our belief with the people of Costa Rica and with other missionaries. We began to lament that there were no Messianic mission’s organizations. We prayed that YHVH would open the door for people with a heart for the nations to take the life giving message of the living Torah to the dispersed. YHVH intervened and changed our plans from continuing on to Peru.

What We Believe
We believe YHVH (Yahweh) is the One and only Elohim (God)/Creator of the universe. He is one. He is the God of the Bible. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and all who choose to serve Him by faith. He is the God (Elohim) of Israel.

Frequently Asked Questions |
Why did you choose Project Benjamin as your name?
In the story of Joseph and his brothers, we see a breach in the relationship between Joseph and 10 of his other 11 brothers. (Benjamin was not involved in the division). The struggle resulted in Joseph being sold and enslaved to Egypt, where after many years and much travail, was by divine appointment raised up to be Pharaoh’s second in command. In the story, we see that YHVH used Benjamin as a tool of reconciliation between the brothers.
